1) Do you offer your strings in reels?
Great question. Many others ask this question. We currently only offer natural gut in (2) approximately 20 foot lengths. The reason is that it is technically impossible for anyone to manufacture gut longer than about 42 foot strands because the actual raw material serosa cannot be found any longer than these lengths. Good news is that if you are interested in large volume purchases we may be able to work out a special deal for you. A full 660 foot reel normally equals about 17 full sets of strings. If this type of larger volume order interests you please let us know and we will offer you a special discount?
2) Do you recommend pre-stretching your natural gut?
Yes our higher models suggest about a 10-1% pre-stretch. This will help remove any excess play in the gut resulting in better tension maintenance and loss of tension over time resulting in a more consistent high level performance throughout usage.
3) What are the primary differences between your 3 models of natural gut:
V5 is a more budget friendly, low tension natural gut that is extremely soft, amazing feel and very good on the arms. Best for the low to mid level player that requires low to mid level pace, but not expecting high durability, reliability and cosmetic perfection.
PROV5 is a big step up to our high line natural gut strings which offer high levels of touch, feel and power. The world's best serosa material is used and is designed for all levels of plays. PROV5 may have 1-2 noticeable defects such as slightly longer or shorter length +/- 1-4 inches in string length, coating blemishes, slight variation in gauge thickness, or basic cosmetic flaws. All very minor details, but nothing major at all. An overall awesome great value high end string.
PROV5(+) is the perfect version of our PROV5 model. No defects and everything about it are flawless. The ideal blend of perfect touch, feel, and power with solid durability as well. 4) Do you offer free shipping discounts
Yes on all domestic orders over $150 and international orders over $500.
5) How much do I have to order in order to recieve better pricing?
Generally I can offer volume discounts on orders over 10 sets. The higher the volume the greater the discounts. Please let me know how many sets you want to order?
6) Do you offer sponsorship programs for high level players?
Yes we have various levels of sponsorship programs. Please include more details of player level, rankings, etc and I will see what I can do for you?
7) How long does shipping take?
Domestic is normaly 2-5 business days with priority 1-3 business days. USPS International shipping generally 7-21 days and priority express such as UPS, DHL or Fedex 3-7 days.
8) What is the price of the PROV5+ with the IART discount?

9) How long will the strings last in an unopened packaged before going bad?
Our more budget entry level V5 model strings generally should be used with 30-60 days for maximum freshness and reliability. Whereas our higher more heavily coated and protected PROV5 and PROV5(+) models should be ok for as long as 1 year or longer if stored at room temperature.
10) What is your return Policy?
Normal no questions asked returns in unopened packages are generally accepted up to 30 days and sometimes longer depending upon the circumstances. Otherwise returns are generally ok under the same guidelines if a string is proven to be defective or not as advertised.

12) What is the length of your strings?
Each pacakge contains (2) approximately 20 foot lengths.
13) Are your strings available in single one peice lengths?
At the moment we only offer our strings in (2) approximately 20 foot lengths per package, but in the very near future we do plan on offering single one peice 40-42 foot lengths.
14) Do you also offer a poly string as well?
We did in the past before COVID and plan to bring it back in the very near future. We are working on an even bettter one.
15) What sizes does your musical strings come in?
We primarily offer EADG, with the available diameters generally around G (2.1-2.3mm), D (2.6-2.8mm), A (3.2-3.4mm), and E (4-4.2mm), each 180cm long. Some other options may be available as well. Please inquire and provide more details of your specific requests.
