Every package of our tennis string is vacuum-sealed in a lightproof package, increasing the strings longevity by a substantial amount.

Package Contents & Racquet Compatibility

Each set includes (2) approximately 6.5 meters or 20 foot lengths of the highest quality Natural Gut. One approximately 20 foot length for the mains and one approximately 20 foot length for the crosses. Great for a full bed of Natural Gut. If correctly strung our strings should work great in about 98% of all "standard sized" tennis racquets including normal not too oversized racquets as well. A small amount of super oversized racquets may require single (1) 40 foot piece lengths (rare) but even then you can usually still make it work out by leaving out a string or 2 at the end.

PRE-STRETCHING HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL PROV5 AND PROV5(+) NATURAL GUT:

Natural gut tends to perform better at lower tensions than synthetic strings. Not only does natural gut hold better tension, but generally from an overall player perspective, greater performance is realized at lower tensions. More than 85% of all professionals string between 35-54lbs as this results in superior "ball pocketing", more feel/touch, and far better durability with overall increased performance on the court.

All PROV5(+) Molecular Coated Natural Gut can be strung up to nearly 80+lbs. Again, please keep in mind that all natural gut for most players performs far better below 70lbs, with 40-54lbs being ideal. This is because when you add too much tension you start to lose the great "feel" characteristics and ball pocketing natural gut was intended for in the first place. This is the case for most people, but not all. I am just speaking for most players and from a proven scientific perspective. In the end, our New PROV5(+) Molecular Coated Natural Gut will cater to all string tensions desired by all players.
